You Can/Should Help!!

Hey guys I just noticed a post from someone and I wanted to elaborate on that.

1) We all know visa owns this but this is our server. We need to make our community grow. Hopefully this'll be better than insanity and we would like to keep it up. Everyone should get atleast 5 new members. Tell a friend or someone else but DON'T SPAM OTHER SERVERS. More members= better economy and more enjoyable server.

2) The server is scheduled to come out in about 2 weeks. (The weekend of Halloween if I'm not mistaken.) Vis wants atleast 100 members before the server is up but I think (don't quote me on this) it'll be up that weekend if we don't have 100 yet.....again I'm not 100% sure on that so wait for further information from Vis.

3) For those of you who believe this server will fail very soon I would love to groove you wrong. First of all Vis is nothing like pure. Obviously you can see he cares about this server because it was made from insanity's demise. 2nd Winter break is coming up....major breaks = more people. And lastly I will try to think up something to make some of you vote (like special rewards or something else) pm me if you have any ideas.

4) I know some of you are playing another server right now because your bored....or you used to play another server. I'm assigning you all HW!!! =] Post under this saying things we could add that would players happy and post things that pisses people off on 317's. Well try to use your ideas (if possible) and don't spam.

ive told like 10 people on my friends list on real rs so they may be joining and there telling there mates about it so i hope i helped and i shall keep trying to get more people in

real rs- great place to get more people.  when rs members see this, theyre like omfg i got a 99 in an hour.    thats the reactions we want...

second, abt every 100-300 new members i will host a hide and seek or some sort of event.   It will have rares..  so get more members and players!  (i check emails so dont even think abt adding a thousand accounts while that option is still available)

third, i will be adding a rewarding vote system.   you will get prolly around.... 1m for each vote(hopefully 3 voting sites[3m a day]) and also xp lamps possibly.
