Night Angel 4 Mod

I think I would be a good mod, simply because I think I have what it takes to do the job right. To me a mod should not be bias to another player, which I think I would do well on since I do not know the current players to well. I also think I would be a good mod because I know when things go too far. During the day I help in an elementary assisting the teachers, judging by the way some players act I'm sure this will sometimes come in handy.
I did play insanity-scape for awhile, was level 126 when Insanity-Scape went down, and had made a quite a few friends. I was not able to return to the game due to schooling, but now that I have more time on my hands, I believe I will be able to manage 1-2 hours a day.
I hope to getting to know all the players of this new and hopefully great server.

Thanks for application, a few questions and comments though:

1) Time Zone?
2) "I think I would be a good mod, simply because I think I have what it.." you THINK? Thinking isn't enough.  My experiences with "thinking" was a bad grade on an English paper because THINKING is an opinion.  To show responsibility, one must have I AM, or it IS; not I believe or I think. Have faith, I'm SURE you are a strong person in responsibility.
3) What else can you do for the server?  And also an example procedure?

You just became a hypocrite.. Yes you're not being bias to any CERTAIN players, but now you've just shown a bias statement to the community. 
5) I do not remember you on Insanity so I can't say if you were well behaved or not..
