Air Jordan 6 HeelsAdidas Adizero RS7 <p>Chelsea are set to renew their interest in Nigerian international Victor Moses and make an improved bid after being knocked back with their previous bid.</p><p>A report in the <i>Evening Standard</i> claims the Stamford Bridge club are still intent on signing the Wigan Athletic winger, despite reports from earlier this week saying they would look elsewhere.</p><p>Blues manager Roberto di Matteo will now sanction a new £6million offer after Wigan chairman Dave Whelan dismissed their previous £4million bid.</p><p>The 21-year-old has just a year left on his contract and has indicated to Wigan that he does not want to sign an extension, which brought an angry response from Whelan.</p><p>"We took this lad as a teenager, and everything he has he owes to [manager] Roberto Martinez and Wigan Athletic,” he said.</p><p>“If he gets the move to Chelsea, will he get to play in the first team every week? That's what he needs at present – experience and guidance.”</p><p>Moses moved to Wigan in 2010 for a fee thought to be in the region of £2.5million from Championship side Crystal Palace, where he had come through the youth ranks.</p><p>After initially choosing to represent England, Moses then switched his international allegiance to Nigeria, the country of his birth and made his debut earlier this year.</p>
