Okay, where to start from...

What should be done on forum:
1) Get rid of the 'Your Just Created Your Forum' news ticker
2) Put a portal on this forum
3) Add a donation button on the forums side panel for easy access
4) Put the Download button on the navigation bar, and maybe like with a drop down for different mirrors
5) Make a custom logo, not some free web crap
6) Get the chat box out of the forum and put it on a front portal or sth, it looks gay this way

I'll keep explorin and post more stuff soon
