Personal Assistant Admin Position/Mod spots

I have been EXTREMELY BUSY lately, and decided its time for help.  I have started asking around for help, and Sylenn by far helped the most... he has proven himself very well, by helping me fix several key things in creating this server.

Therefor i think he would be a good administrator, bc hes learning how to code and also helping tremendously.

This isnt a permanent thing although, it is merely a test, which im pretty sure will keep him at this position.

Will i need more mods?   Yes i will need 2 mods(we already have 3 staff, me, sylenn, and ed hardy) at 100 members.  we already have one mod so theres one spot open at that time.  I will also not be needing more mods until the servers up, but that should be tonight.  Thanks for understanding!

Oh and at 150 a 3rd mod prolly
