Heartdrive wipe

Ok guys the other day when the server gave me trojans yea they won't go away.The guy who hacked put a file on my computer which can't be taken off because,it was not detected when it was put on,so basically to my computer does not even know its on their so when i try to delete the folder that the trojans are in nothing happens,So either i gotta have a way to get rid of em or i gotta do heartdrive wipe.If you can help me tell me please-sylenn

First of all, get an AV that actually knows when a trojan is comin in. An antivirus that monitors network traffic, blocks network intrusions and attacks and all that ****. I'd recommend Kaspersky Internet Security either 2010 or 2011. This is the best av ive ever tried. Also if u dont want to buy licences go to http://www.hack-home.net there you can find key files for it.
