Roika, since there's no format, you could've elaborated on why you feel like you'd be a good mod.  You've given experience but what other traits and characteristics do you possess? 

I was never on PK Server of Insanity but what you say about your shows that you weren't very friendly to others, but I can't say that I personally know but your reaction to Sylenn's post was unneeded.
