Coding for PSP =/= coding for a rsps.
How long are you usually on? I know you were on Insanity and other private servers, and were on the trial server, but you were usually away or not on for long.
Sorry, but I don't see any qualities that would make for a good mod.

If you were to advertise on real Runescape, wouldn't that attract the wrong kind of attention? As in. . . actual mods and admins of Runescape. . . That might blow up in your face, but that is just me.
Haven't seen you during the early hours of this server, unless you were, and I didn't recognize the name.
As of your qualifications, I think you have what it takes, but I need more info on how many hours you are willing to commit to this server. Are you going to be on everyday? If so, for how long and when?
