My ratings:

Wallace - ??? - I have never seen Wallace on at all
Sylenn - 1 - major ****, abuses powers, made me quit this
Ed Hardy - 8 - could use some tweaking, but overall, he's a pretty good mod
Ciaran 102 - 8 - same as Ed
